The question of equipment is on the minds of all bikers and those who want to become one. It doesn't always have to be the most expensive, but it does have to be tailored to the rider. Whether it's a new bike or one you've been riding for a while, here you'll find out everything about saddle height, seat position, fork and shock set-up, as well as the ergonomic positioning of brakes, seatpost and gears on the cockpit.
