The mountain bike technique training for children at the Carezza Bikeschool is specially designed to introduce young riders to the basics of mountain biking in a fun and safe way.

Contents and goals of the technique training:

• Improve riding technique: Exercises on balance, braking technique, and cornering technique that promote safe bike handling
• Skills: obstacle courses and small jumps help to increase confidence in your own abilities
• Adventure and fun: The training is designed to be light and adventurous in order to awaken the joy of cycling in nature
